Athletic Department Hours
The MAC has separate athletic facilities for men and women.  Each department has a swimming pool, steam room, sauna and resistance and cardiovascular equipment.  The Club also offers massage therapy and personal training services.  If squash or racquetball is your forte, you’ll be sure to enjoy the Club’s indoor courts.
Athletic Department Hours
Monday – Friday 5 AM to 9 PM
Saturday 6 AM to 7 PM*
Sunday 6 AM to 4 PM*

* The Women's Department is unattended Saturdays from 5 - 7 PM and Sunday from 2 - 4 PM.  For security purposes, during the unattended hours, stop at the front desk in the lobby and they will give you access to the department.  The pool will not be accessible for swimming during unattended hours.
