Aqua Boot Camp
Take your cross training workouts into the pool with this fun aqua workout. You will challenge yourself using both aerobic and muscular endurance moves.
BodyTone
This muscle conditioning class uses free-weights, steps and BOSU balls to give you that total body workout you've been wanting.
Boot Camp
This class is born out of traditional weightlifting, boot camp, core training, kickboxing, cycling and yoga. It is formatted in a "basic training" style and will teach you how to reshape your body and develop your abs.
Bosu Challenge
Using the BOSU Balance Trainer, BOSU Ballast Weighted Balls, stability balls and weights. Improve muscular endurance, dynamic flexibility, abdominal/back strength, stability and balance. It WILL challenge every muscle in your “power center”! For all levels.
Cardio Kickbox with Abs
This high intensity cardio workout features all of the jabs, hooks and kicks you can pack into a class along with other calisthenics and jump roping. This class ends with killer abs to leave you feeling strong and powerful.
Deep Water Challenge
This pool workout will focus on high intensity cardio and circuit training utilizing specialized aquatic equipment. Ideal for runners, tri-athletes, people with repetitive impact injuries and anyone looking to add cross training into their workout.
Get on the Ball!
This class focuses on a complete workout from the “core” of your body using weights, balls, bands, and rollers using proper body alignment.
Group Cycling
With this indoor cycling class, the instructor takes you on a journey through various terrains. This cardiovascular class works various leg muscles and helps to develop strength, endurance and speed. A great workout for everyone!
Strength, Speed & Conditioning (Plyo)
This class is designed for all members interested in enhancing their sport specific conditioning. Mon, Wed, and Fri classes will address your cardiovascular and plyometric conditioning needs. Tues and Thurs classes will focus more on abdominal, upper and lower body strengthening. Held in the 6th floor gym.
Zumba Sculpt
Dance your way to fitness! Zumba combines high energy music and unique moves to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

Fitness Class Fees
All group fitness classes are FREE to all MAC health plan members, except for Pilates and Yoga. For those members not on the health plan, the fee is $7 per class. You must be a member of the MAC or a guest of a current member to attend group fitness classes.
Specialty Fitness Class Fees
There is an additional charge for specialty fitness classes. These classes include Pilates and Yoga. Both members and non-members may attend speciality fitness classes for the fees listed below.
Pilates Classes The Pilates Method uses all of the major muscle groups at once, allowing for thorough, uniform development. Strengthen, lengthen and stretch muscles, while improving posture and reducing tension. BASIC PILATES - Become familiar with the basic Pilates exercise vocabulary in a well rounded workout to train coordination, increased breath capacity, precise control, concentration and "moving from your center". INTERMEDIATE PILATES - For students experienced with the basic Pilates exercises. You will learn more complicated skills, dynamic movement at a faster tempo. ADVANCED PILATES - For those experienced and strong in their Pilates. Oppositional energy and spinal articulation at a quick and efficient pace. Overall uniform development and not for the faint of heart! All 40 exercises in 50 minutes!
The Lift Pilates, on the 8th floor, runs the Pilates program at the MAC. All clients pay the Lift Pilates Studio directly for classes and packages. The Lift Pilates Studio accepts cash or check due at the first class. Packages expire 120 days from purchase. Reservations are required, please. Drop-ins are subject to a charge of 100%. Yoga Classes Yoga is simply the most powerful system of overall health and well-being and has been practiced for over 5000 years. All levels of experience are welcome. Group Cycling, Bosu Challenge & Pilates Policy

| Due to a limited number of bikes and equipment a reservation should be made for each individual class that you would like to attend. Reservations can be made no more than 72 hours in advance. It is necessary to cancel your reservation to avoid being charged if you are unable to attend. Members may reserve Pilates classes 5 days in advance.
